Taking A Hot Bath to Relieve Sore Muscles

While exercise is excellent for your physical and mental wellness, if you workout too hard or don't stretch properly after exercising you might find yourself with sore, tender muscles. When you exercise your muscles release lactic acid which builds up if it is not released through post-exercise stretching.
