Known for the second tallest statue of Lord Shiva in the world, the town of Murudeshwar gets its name from the Hindu god, Shiva. Located in Bhatkal taluk in the state of Karnataka, it is a beach town on the western coast of India.

One Easy Step To Make Your Phots Look More Professional

This is a formula that I use often to strip the photos that I take of the “home video feel”. I currently only have a 2 mega pixel digital camera and with the 6 steps in this photoshop tutorial I am able to pull a very cool look out of the photos I take even with such a low grade camera.

One of the simplest ways you can spice up your site and turn an ordinary looking page into something extraordinary is to make your images stand out and look professional. I’m going to show you 3 quick things you do to dramatically improve the images on your site. The first one is really Simple.

Treadmill testing is one way of measuring a person's aerobic fitness. The American College of Sports Medicine says that the Bruce protocol for treadmill testing is advantageous due to its relatively short time period. The Bruce protocol uses three-minute changes in intensity level that cause most non-conditioned people to end their testing in around nine minutes. If you are conducting a treadmill test, obtain your client's doctor's clearance first and then record the client's pre-test blood pressure and heart rate.

The 12 Minute Run fitness test was developed by Dr. Ken Cooper in 1968 as an easy way to measure aerobic fitness and provide and estimate of VO2 max for military personnel. This simple test is still used today as a field test for determining aerobic fitness.
